Class Information

Placement

  • The Dance Dimensions Director, Miss Dody will carefully determine the proper class level for all students. Placement is determined by years of experience, skill level. Individual students will be moved only by the recommendation of the staff, and with the approval of the director.

  • Dance levels do not coincide with school levels or age. Therefore, a student may remain in the same level for several seasons before a level change occurs.

Class Attendance, Cancellations, Changes, Policies

  • Dancers will have at least 30 lessons in a season. If there are more than 30 classes, there will not be extra fees.

  • Good attendance is important to the individual dancer as well as to the class.

Excessive absences may result in the student being lowered in class level.

  • Any student 15 minutes or more late to a class may be asked to sit aside. This is for their own safety as they will have missed much of the warm-up period.

  • Missed classes for personal reasons may be made up in a class of an equal or lower level.

Please text / call (203) 417-4355 or email dancedimensionsllc@yahoo.com, the day before coming to a

  • Dance Dimensions reserves the right to cancel or combine classes/shorten class time due to enrollment, or as necessary.

  • We DO NOT follow the area school calendars for closings or cancellations.

  • Tuition rates allow for four (4) cancellations, per teaching day, before make-up lessons are held.

We may also use ZOOM for any classes canceled.
